I'm Jo & I love to make things.

My deep love for creating started at a young age where my father and I would draw pictures during church from cats to cartoons, mountain-scapes to magic wands, and everything in between.

Now, I channel my passion for creating into ever-changing interests, including drawing, metal smithing, ceramics, typography, photography, graphics, illustrations, paintings, wood building, sewing, and all kinds of other goodies. If it’s a craft - I’ve most likely taken it up at some point in my life. Recently, I have become absolutely enamored with the art of jewelry making & the beauty and patience of ceramics.

The Sunshine Collective is my way to house & share works with anyone interested - anyone who loves to learn and create too, and anyone who knows how it is to explore your passions.
